Welcome to Move Mountains Credit Repair! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, programs, services, consultations, and any communication between you and Move Mountains Consulting LLC, doing business as Move Mountains Credit Repair (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Services Provided

Move Mountains Credit Repair provides credit repair, credit education, business creation, and business funding preparation services. Services may include but are not limited to: removal of inaccurate/obsolete credit items, consultation on business entity formation, and guidance for accessing business funding opportunities. Services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

2. Consultations & Cancellations

Consultations may be booked online, by phone, or through our scheduling system. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed consultations or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of a scheduled spot or applicable rescheduling fees.

3. Pricing & Payment

Service pricing is discussed during the consultation process after reviewing your credit profile and determining whether our services are an appropriate fit for your situation.

Payment terms and service details are outlined in the client agreement prior to enrollment.

Failure to complete agreed-upon payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Results Disclaimer

While many clients achieve significant credit score improvements and business funding, results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Success depends on individual credit history, personal financial circumstances, and adherence to our recommended process. Move Mountains Credit Repair does not guarantee specific credit scores, loan approvals, or funding amounts.

5. Warranty & Liability

Our team stands behind the quality of services provided. However, we are not responsible for:

Client misuse of credit, new negative items appearing during the program, or client failure to follow guidance.

Denials or decisions made by third-party lenders, credit bureaus, or financial institutions.

Move Mountains Credit Repair is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, training materials, videos, logos, designs, and text on our websites and programs are the property of Move Mountians Consulting LLC d/b/a Move Mountains Credit Repair. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
